Hertz Wallet – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Hertz Wallet, an electronic wallet service operating under the laws of Sri Lanka. By creating an account, accessing, or using Hertz Wallet, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Hertz Wallet" refers to the digital wallet platform providing electronic money services.

1.2 "User" refers to any individual or entity using Hertz Wallet services.

1.3 "Services" include money transfers, payments, wallet top-ups, withdrawals, and related features.

1.4 "Website" refers to the official Hertz Wallet platform and associated domains or mobile applications.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Hertz Wallet.

2.2 Legal Capacity: You affirm that you are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Users must provide accurate personal information during account creation.

3.2 Hertz Wallet reserves the right to verify user identity in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

3.3 Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under their account.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Hertz Wallet may be used only for lawful transactions.

4.2 Prohibited activities include fraud, gambling (unless legally permitted), money laundering, and financing of illegal activities.

4.3 Hertz Wallet may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious or illegal activities.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1 Hertz Wallet may charge transaction fees, withdrawal fees, and service fees as communicated on the Website.

5.2 All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the User.

6. Liability

6.1 Hertz Wallet is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to User negligence.

6.2 Service availability may be affected by maintenance or third-party providers; Hertz Wallet is not liable for delays outside its control.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms are governed by the law of Qatar.

7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatar.
