Hertz Wallet – Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines conditions under which Users may request refunds or dispute transactions on Hertz Wallet. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Principles

1.1 Wallet top-ups and balance transfers are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

1.2 Refunds are available only for unauthorized or erroneous transactions proven with evidence.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the disputed transaction.

2.2 Refunds may be issued if:

- The transaction was duplicated in error.

- Funds were charged but not delivered to the recipient.

- Unauthorized transactions occurred due to system error or proven fraud.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

3.1 Payments made to merchants or third parties are final once completed.

3.2 Refunds will not be issued for transactions resulting from User negligence (e.g., sharing passwords).

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Approved refunds will be credited to the User’s Hertz Wallet balance within 7–14 business days.

4.2 Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
